Since our founding in 1983, Pipercross have been at the forefront of British engineering, producing high performance air filters that go beyond ordinary. Our products are engineered to deliver optimal airflow and filtration, improve fuel efficiency, and extend engine life, giving you the performance edge you’re looking for. We continuously strive to innovate and expand our industry leading products, including our new flagship product line; AirMax.
The Pipercross AirMax range features performance intake kits that are meticulously designed using cutting edge research and development techniques.
AirMax Intakes utilise the Pipercross Plus Panel filter, offering class leading air flow and filtration resulting in uncompromising performance gains whilst also bringing sound and under-bonnet aesthetics to new heights thanks to carbon fibre construction.
As of March 2025, the AirMax product range includes kits for the following vehicles however many more applications are currently in-development for flagship vehicles from multiple elite manufactures.

Our PK445 intake system has been expertly designed to replace the OEM BMW intake airbox lids, air filters, and front intake cross pipe on the BMW S58 3.0T G8X M2, M3, and M4, enhancing power, induction sound and under-bonnet aesthetics.

Performance
- Flow tested to confirm 84.26% maximum, and 62.59% average airflow restriction decrease vs. full OE intake system.
- Dyno tested with an increase of up to +11 to +30 HP & +16 to +35Nm TQ power gains (stock to stg1).
- Larger post-filter internal air volume vs. OE parts.
Our second release into the AirMax range is the PK454 Induction System, which packs a big punch for your F56 Mini Cooper S or JCW. The B48 engine is great in stock format, we looked at where improvements could be made over the OE system and we found there was big scope for something which was not only aesthetically appealing but in practice gives this platform a new lease of performance.
Meticulously designed carbon induction systems are tailored to your Cooper S / JCW vehicle, providing a bespoke solution for maximizing power, efficiency, and induction sound. The Pipercross AirMax Lid Intake System has been designed and engineered to directly replace the OEM BMW/Mini intake airbox lid, air filter and intake hose on the F56 2.0T (B48).

The PK457 AirMax intake kit has been bespoke designed for the C8 Audi RS6/RS7 and utilises our industry-leading Plus Panel filters enclosed within a stunning carbon fibre airbox lid. Despite it's simple (yet elegent) design, the Pipercross PK457 Intake Kit drastically increases performance.
